Advantage Vision Training, LLC (AVT, LLC) was founded in 2015 by Dacks Rodriguez. The goal of AVT, LLC is to educate hitters and coaches on the importance of vision as it relates to being a successful hitter. We accomplish this through a combination of educating the hitter about both vision and pitch characteristics and live training with our patented Pitch Recognition System.
Dacks, a former collegiate baseball player with less than perfect vision, uniquely understands how under trained and under emphasized the visual components of hitting are in relation to its importance to be a successful hitter.
Dacks holds a BS in Structural Engineering and a MS in Geotechnical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology. He is also a Certified General Contractor in Florida. Dacks continues to play baseball competitively although at a more leisurely pace.
